ABC Fire and Burglar Alarm, LLC will provide your insurance company with a certificate stating that your residence or business has a monitored alarm system. Please provide us with the following information in order to be eligible for a discount**
ABC Fire and Burglar Alarm, LLC will email the insurance certificate on the date the monitoring begins with The Monitoring Station. If the customer does not provide the complete insurance information requested in the insurance discount form, ABC cannot submit the insurance certificate and the customer will not receive the discount.
